Established in 2005 with a goal of creating win – win – win opportunities in real estate investment and development, DEEL Real Estate Investments, LLC and Jarecki Wood Concepts, Inc. refurbish and build single family homes, multiplexes, and small commercial properties, as well as, provide lease to own opportunities.
Our target market includes mid-range homes from $80,000 to $200,000 in the Midwest with a focus on maximizing customer value. The goal, win through caring, quality, and commitment. Where others speak these words, we walk it with each decision and each action.
